Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort Dubai

This hotel provided a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities, including a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach access. the Spa & wellness center offered a variety of massages and beauty treatments, which fulfilled my relaxation needs. the restaurant's buffet breakfast and poolside snack bar were ideal for satisfying my appetite.

The only minor issue was that the service at the bar/lounge area was occasionally slow. Despite this, the location advantages, such as the stunning garden area and BBQ facilities, made up for it.

I recently stayed at Sheraton in Dubai for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located right by the beach and JBR Walk, which provided a great selection of dining options and shops. The swimming pool was nice and the Club rooms on the higher floors had amazing views. The Club lounge was quiet and the staff there went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, even organizing a birthday cake for me. Despite being smaller than other hotels in the area, I enjoyed the intimate atmosphere. I will definitely be returning.

The room had a beautiful view of the big wheel and the staff in the club lounge, especially Mark, were very attentive. The complimentary chocolates, biscuits, and cakes that were delivered to our room in the afternoons were a nice touch. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with plenty of beachside cafes and restaurants to explore along The Walk. Plus, the tram stop and water taxi were just a short distance away, making it easy to get around and experience the city.

The hotel itself felt tired and in need of an upgrade. The hallway carpet on our floor was dirty, and there were abandoned room service plates left in the corridor.

My check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free, unlike some others. My room had a beautiful view of the beach and was well-maintained. The pool facilities were excellent and the cabanas provided a nice touch. I appreciated the free shuttle service to the shopping malls. I recommend this hotel.

Cannot find any fault.

The hotel boasts a great beachfront location with easy access to nearby attractions such as a shopping centre. Guests can enjoy spending time on a sandy private beach, relaxing by the pool or in the small garden. The spacious, clean rooms offer comfortable beds, while the friendly staff provides excellent service and greets guests by name. The breakfast in the main dining area has a wide selection of dishes, and the upgraded Club Room provides access to the lounge where guests can enjoy snacks and free soft drinks and Happy Hour from 5.30pm - 8pm.

Some of the decor in the bathroom was dated, and a few guests experienced issues with ants or smoke odor in their rooms.

We loved everything about this hotel! The location was amazing, right next to a beautiful boardwalk with a wide choice of restaurants. The hotel facilities were great, withnice and neat rooms that had amazing showers. The staff were great, always there to assist. The hotel had a private beach and plenty of sunbeds available. The Wi-Fi was free and fast, and there were two relaxing outdoor bars for the evenings. The hotel was also in a quiet area, perfect for a peaceful stay. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection of fresh and newly cooked food. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

As youngsters, we loved the fantastic location of the Sheraton resort, right on the beautiful Jumeriah beach. The hotel's garden and clean beach with free sunbeds were perfect for relaxation. The pool bar added a cool touch to our stay. And let's not forget the excellent breakfast with a wide variety of tasty food, giving us the energy we needed for the day. The staff was extremely kind and always available to assist, making us feel welcome and ensuring a pleasant stay.

The hotel could improve its maintenance of the exterior, as some areas are not as well-kept as others.

I loved the spaciousness of the hotel and its mature gardens. The private beach area was a great addition. The location was perfect - close to the marina, shops, and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had all the necessary amenities and the sea view was spectacular. The food in the dining room was excellent, and the beach bar had great prices during happy hours. it offered great value for the price.

Had an amazing xmas experience at this hotel. Loved the all-day buffet and drinks available in the club lounge. The beach was beautiful and well-maintained, with security ensuring a peace all around. The small touches, like daily newspapers and welcome greetings, made the stay special.

There were a few downsides. The spa receptionist had a rude and dismissive attitude when we tried to book a massage.

The receptionists were friendly and even offered us extra services after check-out. The room had everything we needed, although the smell could have been better. The food was decent, with the option of buffet or a-la-carte restaurants for dinner. The highlight was the different dining areas each night.
